The Legend of the Dream Catcher

According to Native American legend, it is believed
that dreams both good and bad, float through the
air during the night searching for their destination.
While sleeping under a dream catcher, placed by
the persons head, bad dreams being confused and ill
intentioned, get caught in the web to perish with
the light of day. The good dreams, knowing the way,
easily slip through the center hole, work their way
down the web catching all the good energies of the
stones and adornments, float down the feathers
into the dreamers head. One never need fear bad
dreams again, while sleeping under a dream catcher.

Welcome to the home of the most unique Dream Catchers in the world. To the basic dream catcher, we add semi-precious stone chip beads, and charms or fetishes of your choice to the web, so your Dream Catcher reflects YOUR interests. We do it your way..

Though most of our work is fully custom, we do have some already made, color coordinated pieces in assorted sizes. On those you may choose charms or other additions. We also make some theme pieces such as Native American, Endangered Species, Alaskan, Under the Sea, Fantasy, Wedding, and For Baby. Every Dream Catcher is a unique piece of art. One you may choose to participate in, as much or as little as you like. :-)

Our Dream Catchers are handcrafted 10 miles from the little town of Wasilla, Alaska. Both the Dream Catchers and Medicine Wheels are constructed from only natural materials - metal or willow hoops, suede leather lace, and stone, glass, wood, bone, or clay beads. Of course feathers are a natural product of mother nature. No animal was killed solely to provide any of these materials.

Silverwolf's Dream Catcher entry in the 2000 Alaska State Fair took the Grand Champion Ribbon.
Our Medicine Wheel entry in the 2001 Alaska State Fair took a first place in wall hangings.
The Totem necklace took a 3rd place in 2001 in a large field of Jewelry.

Please contact us for availability of Willow Dream Catcher hoop sizes. They can range from 4 inches to 23 inches top to bottom. The largest sizes are hard to keep in stock.
