Christmas orders

When ordering for Christmas, PLEASE order early. We prefer happy customers, and want no disappoints when orders for custom pieces are made at the last minute and don't get there on time.

During the period from November 1st through December, it normally takes 10 days to 2 weeks from final decisions and receipt of payment , for custom orders to be shipped. Ready-mades, when we just need to add charms, can normally be shipped 2 to 4 days from payment receipt. During this busy season, even ready-mades may not be available in all sizes in all colors. Those are replenished after the holiday, as time permits.

As the packages are mailed from rural Alaska, the average Priority mail delivery time has been from 5 to 8 days. The record times are 3 and 12 days. Express mail shipments cost $20.00 per package - 2 to 3 day delivery from Alaska.

Unless positive changes occur in our postal system, custom orders placed after the 5th of December and/or shipped Priority mail after the 15th of December may not be delivered in time for Santa's visit.
