Q. Will my Dream Catcher stop the terrible nightmares I am having?

A. That all depends on the mindset of the person receiving the Dream Catcher. Children are very impressionable, and Dream Catchers often work very well for them. Many adults have said their nightmares have lessened with their Dream Catchers. We make no guarantees on that.

Q. What are the most popular sizes of Dream Catchers?

A. We get more orders for 6 to 9 inch DC's than any others, with 7" being the most popular. 12 inch, 15 inch, and triples are also popular. 3 inch Dream Catchers are popular for car mirrors.

Q. What colors are most popular?

A. That kind of depends on the season - which colors will be requested most. Overall, tan, medium brown, and purple have been the favorites. Tan is an excellent choice when the DC is a gift and you are clueless as to the decor of the recipient.

Q. What charms are most popular?

A. This answer is surprising. Other than the Alaskan Dream Catchers we make for local businesses, the moon seems to intrigue people most. The most popular small charm is the moon and star, followed closely by wolf and other animals. The most popular diamond cut charm is the Tree of Life, with the moon. During the Christmas season in 2001, we ran out of the moon and star, so have made sure there are PLENTY this season.

Q. Why does it take so long to recieve my Dream Catcher?

A. Each DC is a unique, handmade piece of artwork - the majority of the work we do is custom. Work begins on the piece when payment has been made. Depending on the number of orders we are working on at any given time, yours may take 7 to 14 days to complete. Priority mail from rural Alaska can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days on average, and as long as 2 weeks at peak mailing times. 2 weeks is highly unusual. Of course, once the Post Office has your package we can do nothing to hurry it along.

Q. When do I need to order to make sure the Dream Catcher gets there for Christmas?

A. That is our busiest time of year. If ordered before December 1st, your gift will most likely get there on time. We cannot guarantee delivery on time for any custom orders made after that date unless you choose to use Express Mail, next day service.

Q. I don't have any flair for designing. Will you make the decisions for me?

A. We can make some of the decisions. You must choose size, and color. Unless you choose a specific theme, we also need you to choose the charms. As we don't know you, we cannot know what your interests are.
